It's been a long while since I've done an update on my fasting journey. Here I am 2 years later, still fasting regularly and following a mostly Carnivore Diet . I've also been experimenting quite a bit with Fat Fast and for a quick reset, a bit of weight loss and to get back on track with healthy eating I find it super easy to do and just as effective as a quick Water Fast. We were in total lock-down for about 3 months, without the ability to leave our homes. While my whole family was carb loading like there's not tomorrow I worked really hard to stay on track and not to emerge in the end a chunky girl once again. It was very difficult for me not to be able to walk my dogs, go hiking, swim in the sea and the normal physical activities I so enjoy. The idea for a YouTube channel has been brewing inside of me for a while. I've created this blog after turning 50 this year to share some of my experiences and hacks with all things related to diet, lifestyle, beauty and anti-aging. I'm hoping to share some of the things I've learned along the way with other ladies and gents who might be dealing with similar challenges.
