▶️ 5 Things to do on October challenge:
💠30 Minutes of Exercise Per Day: This can be walking, swimming, running, biking, weight training, aerobics or yoga that could be anything you enjoy. The important thing is to commit to move at least 30 minutes each day rain or shine.
💠Daily Gratitude: Each night when you go to sleep, reflect back on your day and give sincere thanks for five wonderful things that happen to you that day. You can also start a journal and write these down. Practicing gratitude is such a powerful tool for manifesting.
💠Read a Book: Yes a whole entire book. How many books do you have lying around that you've started to read and then set aside or you've been meaning to read but never got the time. This month commit yourself to reading that amazing book from beginning to end.
💠Try Something New: This october try something that you've always wanted to but didn't have the time for or were afraid to try. Have you been dreaming about salsa classes, skydiving, joining a gym? Well this is the month to overcome your fears and jump into something new with both feet no more procrastinating.

So, here's your chance to eliminate one thing that you know you shouldn't be eating. Sugar, coffee, artificial sweeteners, vegetable oils, fast food, bread, soft drinks, alcohol- just pick one.
So, hopefully this challenge will encourage you to carry on even after.
