Our chewing muscle is connected to the bone with both ends. Therefore, it moves our jaw upward when it is shortened and it results in many esthetical imperfections and also health issues. π Therefore pay attention to these muscles which are very often tense. If you feel any pain or discomfort while doing these techniques, do them regularly so you release any tension which is stored there. π
