DAILY CHALLENGE! 💥💥💥

Kneel to stand exercise
This is a movement we need in every day life so I’m really keen that we all keep practicing getting up off the floor this way - keeping our legs strong and our balance stable.
Alternate which leg you use to push up from as naturally you’ll favour one side over another and we want to try and create a balance in our strength.
It may look easy but it can be a movement we get out of the habit of doing and before we know it we’ve started to rely on other ways of getting up off the floor.

Try this twice daily for this coming week - and do enough reps so you start to feel the muscles really working.
If you find it difficult to do one, let me know and I can suggest an alternative such as a static lunge or bodyweight squats.
Every little exercise counts!

I would also recommend abstaining from alcohol for at least a few days so you're not overburdening your liver. Listen to your body. Don't force the food if yo...
