In this video, I will discuss the issue of jowls, which start to form for most women around age 40. The phrase "jowls" refers to drooping skin behind the chin or jawbone. Almost everyone gets jowls as they become older. It occurs as your skin thins and loses elasticity over time.
Jowls form when the skin on the jaws starts to sag on both sides. At times one side can sag more than the other. There are various treatments for treating sagging jowls or minimizing the appearance of drooping or droopy jowls. Neck lifts or facelift for example, can tighten your skin and make it appear less sagging.
The best way to prevent jowls is to hold devices at eye level and stop looking down.

As always there's quite a bit of conflicting information out there about how to break a fast. One thing everyone agrees on is that the fast needs to broken slowly and gently. You also need several days to go back to eating normally. For example, if you do a 7 day fast, you need about 3 days of refeeding. On a 10 day fast, you'll need 4-5 days and so on. How you break the fast will make or break the whole experience. If you go right back to your old way of eating, you can easily negate all the benefits of your fast. One school of thought insists on breaking the fast with fruit, more specifically watermelon and then lots of veggies and more fruit.
