In this video I will discuss some of the ways we can deal with pesky hot flashes naturally, solutions for hot flashes, how to live with hot flashes and also I will share some of my experience that have worked for me.
Hot flashes are one of the most common symptoms of menopause. Menopause can be a challenging time for women when our bodies change and hot flashes can affect up to 80% of women.
A hot flash is the sudden feeling of warmth in the upper body, which is usually most intense over the face, neck and chest. Your skin might redden, as if you're blushing. A hot flash can also cause sweating. Night sweats are hot flashes that happen at night, and they may disrupt your sleep.
Luckily, there are several treatment options for hot flashes. Your choices range from medications and herbal supplements to lifestyle changes.
▶️ Some Natural solutions for hot flashes that I discussed in the video as follow:
• keep your diet clean
• eat a low carb diet
• avoid alcohol, spicy foods, caffeine
• keep blood sugar low
• keep cortisol low by reducing stress
• cold thermogenesis for balancing hormones
• jump in the cold pool
• meditate regularly,

How you break the fast will make or break the whole experience. If you go right back to your old way of eating, you can easily negate all the benefits of your fast. One school of thought insists on breaking the fast with fruit, more specifically watermelon and then lots of veggies and more fruit. Since my goal is to remain in ketosis, I will be taking a different approach. I will be eating protein, fat and some low-carb veggies, bone broth and lots of water. I would also recommend abstaining from alcohol for at least a few days so you're not overburdening your liver. Listen to your body. Don't force the food if yo...
