In this video I will discuss some of the ways we can deal with pesky hot flashes naturally, solutions for hot flashes, how to live with hot flashes and also I will share some of my experience that have worked for me. Hot flashes are one of the most common symptoms of menopause. Menopause can be a challenging time for women when our bodies change and hot flashes can affect up to 80% of women. A hot flash is the sudden feeling of warmth in the upper body, which is usually most intense over the face, neck and chest. Your skin might redden, as if you're blushing. A hot flash can also cause sweating. Night sweats are hot flashes that happen at night, and they may disrupt your sleep. Luckily, there are several treatment options for hot flashes.
