I will share my views on this topic, which may be completely different from yours and that's absolutely fine. We should all accept and respect different views.
I’ve been a researcher for almost 30 years, with a great interest in health, nutrition and anti-aging. I’ve tried many different diets, treatments and hacks throughout the years in order to maintain my health and semi youthful appearance.
From all my research results and experience, i think that anti-aging really needs to be a comprehensive thing, It cannot be just putting botox into your face. It cannot be just getting surgery and having this perfect face but also for the rest of your body.
Anti-aging needs to be a holistic approach, means it has to involve proper nutrition, proper exercise and healthy lifestyle. Making small but smart lifestyle changes, play an essential role in erasing the effects of time on your face.
People often think of expensive creams and painful beauty treatments when it comes to anti-aging but there are many things you can do for free to preserve your youth and beauty.
So, let’s dive in from my point of view what is Anti aging and Can/Should you Stop Aging?

It’s all about going back to the basics to the fundamentals of good health and taking a holistic approach where we combine mind body and soul, to bring you a fresher healthier younger body and skin.
As always there's quite a bit of conflicting information out there about how to break a fast. One thing everyone agrees on is that the fast needs to broken slowly and gently. You also need several days to go back to eating normally. For example, if you do a 7 day fast, you need about 3 days of refeeding. On a 10 day fast, you'll need 4-5 days and so on. How you break the fast will make or break the whole experience. If you go right back to your old way of eating, you can easily negate all the benefits of your fast. One school of thought insists on breaking the fast with fruit, more specifically watermelon and then lots of veggies and more fruit. Since my goal is to remain in ketosis, I will be taking a different approach. I will be eating protein, fat and some low-carb veggies, bone broth and lots of water.
