Welcome to The Aging Games, in this video I am going to share a challenge with you guys. My friend and I are on holiday and so we decided to do this little challenge to do 20,000 steps every day. It's been just such an amazing thing and also you can take part in this walking challenge. Walking is one of the easiest exercises there is. It doesn’t require any particular equipment or skills. You walk during the day, and may not even notice how much time you spend on that activity. Running errands may result in taking from 2,500 to 4000 steps in an average adult. Walking 20,000 steps a day may be a real challenge for you, especially if you lead a sedentary lifestyle and you don’t have that much free time. How to Avoid Sleep Wrinkles 🥱😴

Wrinkles caused by the muscle movement of facial expressions, develop with age due to repetition, thinning of skin, and increased skin laxity. But sleep wrinkles are different. Sleep wrinkles are caused when the face is distorted against a pillow surface. Guided Mindfulness of Breathing Meditation

Mindful breathing is a very basic yet powerful mindfulness meditation practice. The idea is simply to focus your attention on your breathing—to its natural rhythm and flow and the way it feels on each inhale and exhale. Ānāpānasati, meaning "mindfulness of breathing", is a form of Buddhist meditation originally taught by Gautama Buddha in several suttas including the Ānāpānasati Sutta.
