DAILY CHALLENGE! #shorts

DAILY CHALLENGE! 💥💥💥 Repost from @yourfuturefit Kneel to stand exercise This is a movement we need in every day life so I’m really keen that we all keep practicing getting up off the floor this way - keeping our legs strong and our balance stable. Alternate which leg you use to push up from as naturally you’ll favour one side over another and we want to try and create a balance in our strength. It may look easy but it can be a movement we get out of the habit of doing and before we know it we’ve started to rely on other ways of getting up off the floor. Have a quick check now and see how it feels. Try this twice daily for this coming week - and do enough reps so you start to feel the muscles really working. If you find it difficult to do one, let me know and I can suggest an alternative such as a static lunge or bodyweight squats. Every little exercise counts! Who’s IN?? ⤵️

Permanent Makeup Eyeliner Video ❤️ Step by Step ✨

In this video I will share with you how I'm getting permanent makeup to refresh my eyeliner after 10 years. All forms of permanent makeup are technically classified as a tattoo. In other words, they involve implanting color into your skin with a tiny needle. As for whether it’s really permanent, the short answer is no. Permanent eyeliner isn’t going to wash off with the rest of your makeup at night, but it will gradually fade away within a year or two. If we’re getting nit-picky, we’d say that semi-permanent is probably a better description. As for the actual process of applying tattooed eyeliner, your artist will clean the area with an eye-approved antibacterial and then apply a numbing cream to help reduce discomfort. Then micro-droplets of colored pigments are inserted between your lashes and under the skin with a special tool. Sometimes this process is done over several passes, or it can be done over several appointments to monitor the color absorption.
